Rebecca Sue Photography books a limited amount of seniors per month  in order to provide each client with the highest level of service, quality and experience. The studio typically books out 2-3 months in advance, so if you have something coming up (think yearbook deadlines!) make sure to book quickly. Rebecca Sue Photography accepts a limited number of seniors each year

✩Tip✩
Senior sessions are often best photographed in the spring through early fall. This is to avoid the rain that comes in late September… and stays till June of next year. (Talk about rescheduling nightmares!) Also, most yearbook deadlines are end of Oct - mid Nov.

At your session we’ll walk around a bit to different parts of the location and I’ll stop and ask you to do ‘something’ or stand a certain way. You don’t need to be worried about what to do I'll guide you into natural poses every time! Relax - I got ya covered!

You should plan to arrive early to your session. Showing up late means you lose camera time. Make sure to plan for traffic and give yourself enough time to find your way around. It will save you some stress.

Oh Washington… 🌧
We live in a beautiful state which also means…rain, especially fall through spring. To avoid rescheduling it is best to schedule May-September. However, if we happen to encounter a rainy day on your session date we will do our best to reschedule on a mutually agreed upon make up date.

Cloudy day… don’t worry! Clouds diffuse and even light making for ideal photography conditions!

I understand that sometimes unexpected emergencies arise that will prevent you from keeping your original appointment (such as illness, whether, travel issues, or other emergency situations.) If this happens, I ask that you call or email me as soon as possible.

Session creation fees are non-refundable, however, you may apply it towards a rescheduled date. Reschedules must happen within the same calendar year of the original date booked.

It depends on the session you book. The Classic offers up to 4 looks whereas The Basic offers 1.
If you book The Classic session during your consultation I’ll help you plan in detail what you're going to wear at each location to give you as many looks as possible. I ensure we’ll select the most complete variety in order to show every part of your story and personal style.
✩TIP ✩
Bring your clothing with you to your consultation and start pinning!

The answers is yes and no.
I am happy to accommodate both twins on the same day so we can incorporate images of them together and separately. However, I will still need to charge the individual session creation fee. Each client receives in upwards of 12 hours worth of work. Although we maybe able to hold some of the appointments together the same amount of time will still be spent for each individual during consultations, sessions, editing, ordering appointments and the creation of their finished product.

A styling and planning consult is one of my favorite parts where we'll get to meet in person before I even pick up my camera. During this session I want to get to know you and help plan out the details of your session. We'll go over wardrobe questions, location ideas, hair & makeup, props... anything goes at this planning session! After I want you to go home feeling confident about your upcoming session.

Simply put, the consultation is relaxing and fun, and it will help you start to envision your story as we bring it to life.

Yes, any image purchased at your ordering appointment can be used as your yearbook image. The studio will then send it into the school for you!

*Please Note* - Olympia High School will no longer allow photographers to send in yearbook images. A digital image will need to be purchased, and then sent to you to send in.

All photographers are different. Most are portfolio building, doing it as a hobby or even just on the side. This is my full time job and I pride myself in giving my clients an exceptional experience along with lasting memories! I only offer in-person studio reveals. I want you and your family to see your images for the first time through a movie like slideshow. An experience you'll always remember.

No online galleries are shown or provided during the portrait process. Check out the reveal parties in my Instagram Highlights. They are my favorite part of the experience!

ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!
I at no time will pressure you into purchasing anything.Your budget is just that... yours and I fully respect it!

When you come in for your reveal party I'll simply show you a slide show of your images, let you decide which ones you like and don't and from there I'll ask you what you'd like to do with your images.

I’ll introduce you to the products through my website, Instagram and you'll get to see, feel and touch them when you come in for your styling & planning appointment.

I give a general wide range price on my website and in emails (because I can't list it all) and if you book you'll get a product guide with full pricing in your Welcome Packet. If you have any questions before then, however, I am an open book!!

Your budget is your budget and commend you for having one!
To give you a range of what typical Rebecca Sue Photography clients spend: $800 - $2,500+
Your art pieces are completely customizable to meet your budget needs.

Unfortunately, yes. Due to the increased cost from the labs, cost of prints, shipping, and for the studio to make a small profit, the minimum print order is $650.

Every photographer has a particular style and price. I’m not the cheapest and I’m certainly not the most expensive but I can guarantee you’ll love the exceptional client experience and timeless pieces you wont get from other photographers. I have an eye for detail, technical expertise, a warm personality and a strong desire to create images you’ll be pleased to share. I don't want to just send you away with an unfinished product... I want you to have treasure something for a lifetime. I'm a legacy leaver.

At your reveal & ordering party! 🎉  Typically 2-3 weeks after your session, you’ll come back into the studio to see your images in a movie like slideshow. Get ready…this is the best part!
