The RSP SpokesModel Team is an amazing way to add a little more memory to your senior year! You'll create amazing new friendships, get to collaborate on different styled shots, serve in our community and be a part of an unforgettable experience!
Each year, I look for juniors to represent Rebecca Sue Photography throughout their senior year. Team Motto: To collaborate and create friendships and experiences that last a lifetime! Being a part of this team, you will form bonds with other girls from schools around the Thurston county area that will encourage and uplift you during your senior year
Our SpokesModel Team will provide an experience that will build your confidence as a senior. Not only will you be representing RSP through my marketing but you will be joining a sisterhood that lasts a lifetime!

As a RSP SpokesModel you will receive perks such as, referral rewards, digital images from the shoots, first pick at prime dates for your senior session, and more!
Join the VIP List by entering your email! Once on the list you will receive emails with additional information. Entering your email does not commit you to the program but it does get you all the info about the program!
On January 2, 2024, you will receive the application. Fill it out and hit submit! I will review all the applications and invite applicants to the RSP Model Info Night. During this info night, you and a parent will learn even more about the program and be able to ask questions you may have! I will interview you (don't worry it's super informal!) to get to know you better!
After the RSP Model Info Night, those that make the team will be notified in a fun way! Once you are notified, you can celebrate being part of the Class of 2025 RSP Model Team and we will get started having fun with photo shoots, events and more!!!

Applications are accepted during January of your junior year via a VIP process.
The VIP List will open for the Class of 2025 in December 2023.

How the RSP SPOKESMODEL team got started
Every year around November/December I start taking applicants for the next years graduating class to be a part of the RSP Spokes model team! And what started as a team of about 5 friends several years ago has now become one of the most talked about senior year experiences in the Olympia area. My team consists of students from all over including Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater, Yelm and even Tacoma and surrounding areas. Because of the increasing interest for the team and limited availability I now do an application process to find the best candidates based on referrals and their questionnaires. But don’t let that scare you…. I just love to work with people that are excited to be a part of something fun. My goal each year is to get a diverse group of seniors from athletes (which includes dance and cheer) to my art students and theater students. I do not take a “one size fits all” approach to my photography but rather focus on individual beauty and talents!
So what does the team do?
My model team becomes the face of my business, RSPSENIORS! Think of the RSP SpokesModel Team as the Influencers for my brand. And, all you have to do to “represent my brand” is literally BE YOURSELF and have a blast at all the photoshoots and share your fun photos. Sounds easy, right!
What do you get?
The Senior session is just the beginning! As a team member, RSP SpokesModels are part of a large team concept session that they collaborate to plan. In addition, team members also get a TON of fun sessions for anything from Instagram content, seasonal sessions, fashion shoots, vendor sessions and more. I also include all my models in my marketing materials and magazine publications.
But being an RSPSENIOR SpokesModel does not just include a ton of photo opportunities! RSP SpokesModel team members have the ability to earn a ton of service hours by helping with portrait sessions and also a chance for scholarships and destination sessions!
But seriously, most of all you get to do all these extra fun sessions with your friends all while creating amazing memories during your senior year of highschool!

There is no set number from year to year. I base it on those I feel would be a good fit for my team. I wish I could take everyone but in order to give the girls on the team the best experience I can't take everyone that applies.
HOW MANY MODELS DO YOU TAKE EACH YEAR?

WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE IT TO EVERY SHOOT?
The shoots are set up to allow models to attend as many as they would like. However, I understand that not everyone will make every shoot. The only shoot that is required is the styled model shoot.
I schedule model shoots on Sunday afternoons if possible because most girls can make a Sunday shoot and it doesn't interfere with sports, etc. I also try to give two date options for most shoots and allow the team to vote on which works best. Majority wins!
In short, no! By being on the RSP Model Team you agree to use me for your senior photos. You will be a representative of my photography business so it doesn't make sense to have another photographer take your photos!
Models receive shoots throughout their senior year, hair and makeup for their individual photo session session, an RSP Model t-shirt, fun events and so much more!
RSP Models will be notified in person in a fun way! I love to surprise the girls with the news!
I look for girls that are kind, caring, outgoing, get along well with other girls, like to have fun and want to be a part of a team. I really want the team to be a supportive place for girls so I want models who can be supportive of one another, hype each other up and become a family.
The search for my model team begins the fall/winter of your junior year. I will make an announcement on social and the current team will also let people know that the search has begun! Be sure to follow @rebeccasuephotography on Instagram so you will know exactly when to apply.
