The Father
Christmas Experience
Every image is edited by hand with my whimsical storybook technique. The editing process for each photo takes about 45-60 minutes to craft. These fine art images are meant to be archived as tangible heirloom pieces and displayed in you home year after year.
The time and effort that goes into this experience, along with the timeless works of heart are worth every minute it takes to create. The awe and delight on the children's faces as they visit with Santa is priceless.
Crafting this enchanting experience involves weaving together countless intricate details and components. It's truly a passion project, I've been dreaming up for years and I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to do it year after year.
More and more I find the magic of childhood goes by way too fast. Your children will only be this little once and the time while they still BELIEVE is fleeting. I would love to be part of their Christmas magic and leave your family with these precious memories. Parents are invited to join the festive fun and capture a few memorable moments.
Due to the lengthy process, I can only take a very limited amount of sessions each year. Sessions fill up very quickly so if you need more info please reach out to me as soon as possible.

This Christmas season, I'm transforming my professional photography studio into a warm intimate setting with a vintage Santa.
There is nothing 'mini' about these sessions. The Vintage Father Christmas studio sessions goes beyond the traditional, offering a highly interactive experience.
Along with capturing these timeless images, your child/ren will have the joy of talking intimately with Santa, reading Santa's favorite Christmas book, finding their names on the nice list, and sharing their Christmas wishes and even receiving a gift from Santa in a delightful portrait session.

The Portrait Process
Get on the VIP list! Booking will open early (August 15th) for only those on the list. Booking will open for the general public on August 31st.
Once you book I will send over a questionnaire so Santa gets up to date on everything he needs to know about your children.
You'll come into the studio to choose your images in a movie like slideshow and then we'll choose how you would like to display your new images.
A few short weeks later you'll come into the studio to pick up your new artwork!
Come to your portrait session. The session is a 30-minute private interactive magical experience.

Your Investment
Print Products
Each session has a Creative Retainer Fee of $690 + tax, which includes your session experience and 2 final digital files OR a $500 credit to apply towards an image collection or storybook album. The creative fee is collected upfront to reserve your session spot. The studio accepts all major credit cards, cash & checks.
Heirloom Collections are sold separately at your ordering appointment.
Individual portraits are $250 each, including the artistically hand-retouched digital copy with full print rights and a complimentary 5x7 print.
Each bundle includes a matted 5x7 and matching digital copy with printing rights.
The 12 & 20 bundle options include a beautiful heirloom custom folio box.
All prices listed above are before Tumwater's Sales tax of 9.7%
The studio accepts all major credit cards.
Wall Art starts at $790 a lifetime warranty. Ask me about our Painter Portrait option for a truly unique piece of art!
The 12 image bundle and 20 image bundle options are also available as a storybook album in lieu of the complimentary 5x7 prints. The custom album is 8x8, with a velvet binding, thick pages and a custom acrylic photo cover.
Duplicate albums are available for 50% off after the original album is purchased.
